if you are unloading large items please park in the north parking lot, in the lanes closest to the building ( vendor parking). DO NOT park in the area coned off. This is for food trucks and food drop-offs. If you have smaller items, you may come through Entrance 1 and park in the East Lot. Please drop off and then re-park further BACK into the North Lot, the South or West lot. You may park in the East lot, but please be mindful we're trying to reserve that for those with mobility needs as much a possible. We are also trying to make sure ALL VENDORS can drop off their setup. EV Charge station in West Lot right behind building. Thanks!
Setup is Thursday, March 28 from 4-5pm or Friday, March 29 from 7:30-8:30 am. Tables and chairs are provided; Tables are 6'x2'. When you arrive for setup, a JRI volunteer will take you to your designated table/space. Please Contact Mandisa at 505-589-0651 or admin@myjune19th.org so we can support you or if have extraneous circumstances or other space requests
Cabezon is where your table will be! We heard your feedback fro last year and this year vendors will be connected to the adult programming (no barriers or walls between vendors and participants!), a half a room back from major seating, so enough space to do your thing but also to be present and seen.
